Every morning I try to do something active to get my metabolism up and running. I either walk on a treadmill or I do some hindu push-ups or do some mountain climbers and sit-up intervals. I watch tv onthe treadmill , listen to a book on tape or do some isometric upper body exercises.
Since I started this routine in January I’ve lost 20 pounds. I plan to continue since my goal is to lose another 20 pounds and get down to my fighting weight of 210. I plan to stay at 210 to the end of the year and see if I want to go lower.
I think it would be cool to see the under side of 2oo lbs since I haven’t seen it since I graduated from high school.
My plan/goal is the following.
I will continue to use the treadmill or do the other exercises every morning and try to continue the slow slide down to my goal weight of 210 lbs. I’ll hold at 210 until the end of the year then I will see if I want to go for the gusto and see the under side of 200 lbs. I’ll have to see if I can figure out my fat percentage . I have one of those scales that is suppose to give you your fat percentage but i don’t really trust them becasue they can be effected by thing s like you level of hydration . the best way to measure fat percentage is the immersion test but I think skin caliper is okay too.
